Manteiro believes in customer satisfaction and helps you provide exceptional service with a 60-day warranty policy. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 months after delivery of the item. 

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear. It covers defects caused by manufacturing processes.

The normal wear and tear are due to its intended use using on abrasive surfaces, solutions, chemicals, or excessive exposure to sunlight that is beyond the manufacturer’s control. 

We are committed to providing a luxury experience with its 100% genuine leather. You may find irregularities in the texture and color of the leather that represents originality but does not represent a defect. 

We deliver iPhone case in premium packaging that shows extra care in delivery. 

Manteiro recommends some key points to maintain the quality of the leather:

• Clean the leather case regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt, dust, or debris. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the leather.
• Protect the leather case from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Avoid exposing the case to rain, snow, or extreme heat or cold, as these can cause the leather to dry out, crack, or fade. 
• Keep the leather case in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent it from drying out or becoming damaged.
• Avoid using the leather case in conditions where it may become excessively dirty or wet, as this can damage the leather and affect its performance.
